Submitting the waitlist form does not guarantee access. Digest Helper may review fit, capacity, compliance needs, and launch-readiness constraints before opening beta use.

The public site is informational. It is not a self-serve account signup, paid checkout, or production provider-control surface.

Digest Helper helps operators organize newsletter audience tests, conversion review, monetization records, and launch decisions. It does not guarantee subscriber growth, revenue, profitability, ad approval, deliverability, affiliate acceptance, or provider availability.

Provider workflows involving Beehiiv, Stripe, Meta, affiliate networks, analytics tools, or email sends may require separate provider terms, credentials, approvals, and human review before use.

Do not use Digest Helper for spam, deceptive offers, unlawful tracking, unauthorized provider access, misleading claims, or attempts to bypass consent, unsubscribe, privacy, payment, ad-platform, or affiliate-program rules.

Do not submit secrets, provider tokens, payment credentials, or sensitive personal information through the public waitlist or contact paths.

Public pricing, self-serve purchases, live Stripe checkout, paid resources, and subscriptions are not enabled by this public-site launch. Any future paid offer will need clear pricing, renewal, cancellation, refund, and support language before checkout.

Stripe return pages are not treated as final payment truth; signed provider events and Digest Helper records control payment state when paid workflows are enabled.

Digest Helper and related newsletter content are for educational and operational use only. They are not accounting, tax, legal, financial, investment, valuation, diligence, security, compliance, or infrastructure advice.

You are responsible for reviewing claims, offers, campaigns, emails, compliance needs, and provider actions before anything becomes public, sent, spend-bearing, or subscriber-facing.

These terms may change as Digest Helper moves from private beta toward broader launch. Continued use of the site or beta product after changes means you accept the updated terms.
